Very happy with the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The only issue I had was that a fellow guest had a dog staying with them which they left alone in their room for a long time, and it howled for hours. When we complained the staff did attempt to rectify it and suggested tht we change rooms which I felt was unreasonable as we were not the issue. However the hotel did reduce our bill slightly. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff just the inconsideration of the other guests.

Rapport qualité/prix à revoir: pas de mitigeurs dans la salle de bain mais des melangeurs, un rideau au lieu d'un part douche et la douche qui fuyait.... Rideaux sales Peintures écaillées et moquettes sales dans les couloirs Pour 160€ la nuit on s'attend à mieux... Ou alors on nous fait payer moins cher...

Great location near the central square and all sights of Bruges. Plentiful breakfast. Nice for 3 star hotel.

We booked double bed, but in the room was 2 single beds pushed together.
